About the Blogger:
Tyler grew up in Georgia but split his time between Washington, D.C. and Chicago, while he worked on his Master’s Degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. In our nation’s capital, he reported for WDAY in Fargo, North Dakota and wrote numerous front-page articles for CBSMarketwatch.com, but the highlight of his time in Washington was attending the State of the Union. After a bitterly cold winter, Tyler longed for some Southern heat and humidity, something he’s happy to find in Central Georgia.
When not anchoring the morning and mid-day shows, Tyler enjoys working out and reading - not to mention baseball. He even hopes to revive his old college baseball skills on the softball diamond!
